Putting you first |
Over my 30 years as therapist, I've come to realize how hard it to be a client and as result I make you 6 promises about our working together. |
First - There is no charge, if you don't feel that we have made any progress during our session. I want people to feel that they are treated fairly and that they got value both for their efforts and for their money. |
Second - I only bill for the time used Sometimes you may only need a half a session, so even if we are scheduled for a full session you are only billed for the time that is needed |
Third - Whenever possible, I arrange phone sessions for emergencies |
Fourth - I encourage email betweem sessions and whenever possible, I will either respond directly or use that material during our session |
Fifth - There is no charge for a brief follow-up phone callafter our session. If you have a question about something that was said during our time together, you don't have to wait until our next meeting to get some clarification on what was said. |
Sixth - There is no charge for a last minute cancelation. I believe that things come up at the last minute and that I need to be respectful of that fact. * |
* Special arrangements can be made for those professionals "on call" (i.e. physians, Pilots, Police officers, etc... |
